Our experience

Back in Russia, our activities were related to real estate. For example, I have a law degree, I have serious experience in a construction company. After moving to Thailand, we continued to work in this field: we cooperated with leading developers, managed large Russian-speaking real estate agencies.

Over the years of work, we have seen how the real estate market and its participants are changing, we have observed the ups and downs of many companies and agencies. The pandemic has become indicative: it has revealed reliable market participants and those who made empty promises.

Thanks to our knowledge, we accurately identify partners, choose investment programs that are profitable even in a pandemic, build gainful strategies and select properties that grow in price or are rented out even with low tourist flow.
