      Wyndham La Vita 5* is a 5-star hotel, as well as a residential complex in the southern part of the island (Rawai Beach) consisting of 8 buildings and a separate lobby. The project area occupies 17,088 m² and is located only 400 m from the beach. All buildings are located on a hill, which allows the complex to be the highest residential point in this part of the island and have the most beautiful sea views.

      A distinctive feature of Wyndham La Vita 5* are 5 unusual pools - 4 of them are located around the buildings and, thanks to the slope, are connected by cascading waterfalls. The fifth infinity pool, with stunning sea views, is located on the roof of the lobby.

      The location of the complex deserves special attention. The hotel is in the most convenient location near the beach and all the entertainment on the main street of the coast of Rawai, where cafes, restaurants, a promenade, a children's water park and taxi boats to the nearest islands with white sand are concentrated. Despite the proximity to Rawai Beach, the hotel also organizes a shuttle bus to Naiharn Beach (3 min drive).

      The entire first floor in one of the buildings of Wyndham La Vita 5* is occupied by the infrastructure - a massage parlor, a spa complex, a gym, a children's game club and a billiards club.

      Due to the fact that the complex has a hotel license and will function as a 5 star hotel, the reception and all hotel services will work 24/7.

      Interesting design solutions, high-quality finishing materials and one of the best locations on the island make it possible to safely call the project a pearl of the south of Phuket.

      Master plan

       

      The following investment programs are available for all apartment owners:

      1. Guaranteed income of 6% of the cost of the apartment per year for the first 2 years after completion of construction.
      2. Rental pool: 80/20% for 5 years, where 80% of the profit goes to the owner of the apartment and 20% is taken by the management company for the services of renting out the apartment.

      The contract for renting an apartment is concluded for 5 years with a subsequent renewal every 5 years.

      When participating in the rental program, the owner can freely stay for 15 days a year at any time without restrictions (including New Year).

      The apartment can also be used for your own residence or rented out on your own.

      Buying an apartment can be divided into several simple steps:

      1. Application on the site. Leave your contacts in any form on the site, and we will contact you personally.

      2. Selection of a specific apartment. You get complete information about the complex with a list of available apartments and their prices. Depending on your preferences and goals, I will give you recommendations on the most suitable options, as well as provide a calculation of profitability and an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the object. We determine the floor, type, form of ownership and type of apartment.

      3. Agreement of conditions. We draw up an individual payment schedule and fix the final cost of the apartment. At this stage, active work is underway to obtain the most favorable price for you from the developer and additional bonuses.

      4. Reservation form. We sign a document with the developer that fixes the key terms of the contract: owner, apartment number, price, payment schedule, discount amount, bonuses.

      5. Making a deposit. A deposit must be paid to the developer's account, previously agreed with the payment schedule. Various payment methods are available: bank transfer, cash, cryptocurrency. After the payment has been credited to the developer's account, you will receive a payment receipt and a bank statement. Next is the contract.

      6. Contract signing. The contract is drawn up in two languages ​​- Thai and English. Additionally, a translation into Russian can be attached. If you are on the island, the contract is signed personally at the developer's office. If the purchase is made online, the preliminary signing of the contract takes place electronically. Further, all documents are sent by courier mail to the address you specified.

      7. Payment according to the payment schedule.

      8. Construction report. We send you updates on the stages of construction on a convenient messenger. It is also possible to conduct a video call from the construction site of the facility.

      9. Acceptance of the apartment. You will receive an e-mail notification about the completion of the project. You will agree on a specific date with the developer. If it is not possible to take the apartment in person, you can appoint a trusted person. The apartment is checked for defects and compliance with the specification.

      10. Payment of additional payments. In accordance with the contract, it is necessary to pay: annual maintenance of the apartment, depreciation fee, electricity and water meter, state duty for real estate registration.

      11. Getting keys and documents.

      12. Signing a contract for the management of the apartment. Depending on the chosen form of cooperation for the delivery of your apartments, a contract is signed with the management company of the complex or a third-party agency.

      13. Getting income.
